PRENATAL Yoga: Taping into the FLOW

The private prenatal yoga classes are designed to help pregnant women get in touch with their feeling mind, hold space for their babies, ease pregnancy and delivery. The environment where the classes are provided is relaxing, peaceful and nurturing.

The poses, breathing and techniques taught help to:
* focus on letting go, facilitating surrender and empower the life force within
* eliminate stress
* improve posture
* aids in digestion
* relieve pain in the back, neck and shoulders, elongating the spine
* strengthen the pelvic floor, opening the hips and preparing the body for birth
* overcome fatigue
* decrease edema swelling
* allow meditative states

Beginners are welcome, no previous yoga experience is required.

POSTNATAL yoga is designed to recuperate and tone after birth.

If prenatal yoga focuses on letting go of the belly, creating space for the baby, post natal yoga focuses on dealing with the emotions after pregnancy and giving birth by using visualization and relaxation techniques as well toning and strengthening the muscles, in particular the core.

Beginners are welcome, no previous yoga experience is required.
