Mind wandering…
Meditation
is one of the tool to develop psychic abilities, however it can
be a real challenging task. How many of you tried to meditate
but thoughts came to your mind one after another? That crazy inner
chatter that can be overwhelming and create anxiety…
Along the years I have watched my mind during meditation and thought
people to watch theirs. It is very simple, just become and observer
of your mind. Don't make any judgments, don't resist thoughts,
JUST WATCH. A good visual as most of us are visual, is to see
yourself outside your body looking at your mind. Just watch it,
see what happens. It automatically shifts the perception, strongly
increasing inner silence, reducing inner chatter, bringing more
awareness in you.

beautiful mantra I suggest when I do healing work or teach yoga/relaxation
is: “nowhere to go, nothing to do, just “BE“.
By
creating awareness you will be able to enjoy the beauty that surrounds
you which was always there but could be hardly seen. Nature will
start revealing its beauty to you in its entire splendor. Inner
self transforms, and when this happens, the outer world transforms
as well.
Learn
to be in awareness, your mind will be always there for you…
Awareness is a great and vital tool at your disposal.
