Chakras Orgone Cone Meditation:

Do this meditation on a regular basis for chakra balancing and aura cleansing, or any time your energy centers feel stuck or dull.

Sit comfortable in an easy pose (crossed legs) or sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor.

Hold the cone in your palms and take 3 deep breaths and then follow a deep and gentle breath pattern. Tune into your chakras orgone cone and try to feel its energy. Do not worry if you don’t have any sensation at first, it will come with practice.
Next feel the energy of the cone going into the soles of your feet. If you don’t feel that, just “thinking” of moving energy to the soles of your feet will be enough.

Next move the energy to the root chakra.
